Fu Xiande, Chief Physician and Professor, has practiced medicine for more than 30 years and has been engaged in plastic and aesthetic surgery for over 20 years. He has performed tens of thousands of surgeries of varying complexity. Never satisfied with existing techniques, he has continuously pursued advanced studies and training, enabling him to keep abreast of cutting-edge international plastic surgery information and develop into a plastic and aesthetic surgery expert with unique skills. He is particularly distinguished in procedures such as double eyelid surgery (refined double eyelids), small-eye enlargement, eyebrow reshaping, lower eyelid bag correction, rhinoplasty, facial contouring (reducing a large face), scarless facial lift and wrinkle removal, and youth-preserving procedures.

Professor Fu was named a “Leading Figure in China's Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery Industry” by the Chinese Medical Doctor Association. He has traveled multiple times to the United States, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, and other countries to perform surgery for numerous successful individuals and internationally renowned celebrities, receiving unanimous praise.

He was one of China's early aesthetic and plastic surgery trainees under Professor Song Ruyao, one of the founders of plastic surgery in China.

In 1986, he entered Shanghai Second Medical University for advanced studies and studied under Professor Zhang Xisheng at the Ninth People's Hospital.

In 1991, he further pursued training at Beijing Huangsi Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Hospital of the Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense of the Chinese People's Liberation Army, under Professor Fang Zhanglin.

He has participated in numerous domestic and international plastic and aesthetic surgery exchange activities.
